Native to Southest China, this swollen stem mustard has big round bumps of thick mustard that is spicy and of strong mustard flavour; best to pickle and put in stir fries. Plant heigh is about 16 cm; spread 12 - 14cm. The bump weighs around 240 grams. The mustard flavour mellows when cooking. Best for fall season planting.
